Distance & route: Approximately 2.5 km (1.5 miles) of walking through medieval streets and uphill paths leading to the Agios Athanasios spring. The route includes cobblestone alleys, steps, and gentle slopes.
Meeting point: Ano Syros main entrance
What to bring: Comfortable walking shoes with good grip, water, hat, and sunscreen.
A yoga mat or towel is recommended for the session at the spring.
Interior visits: Entrance fees to the Markos Vamvakaris house are not included in the tour price.
