Payment/cancellation policy

• Non-Refundable Rate: The full amount is charged at the time of booking andis non-refundable in case of cancellation.

• Flexible Rate: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainingbalance will be collected 21 days prior to arrival. If the remaining balance isnot paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservationwithout further notice.

Free cancellation is allowed up to 42 days prior to check-in. For cancellationsmade 41 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. In case ofearly departure or no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged as acancellation fee.

Damage Deposit

• A damage deposit of 300€ is required on the day of arrival.

• The deposit will be reimbursed in full upon check-out, provided that aproperty inspection confirms no damages or losses.‍
